End-User License Agreement (EULA) for Amigo AI

Effective Date: September 15th, 2024

This EULA is a binding agreement between Amigos AI Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") and the end user ("you" or "user"). By using our face fusion video chat application Amigo AI ("App"), you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

1. User Conduct and Content Guidelines

You agree to use the App responsibly and follow these strict guidelines to ensure a safe, respectful environment for all users:

No Abusive Content: Harassment, hate speech, threats, or any behavior deemed abusive or harmful by our community standards is strictly prohibited.

No Explicit Content: Nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit content, including gestures or messages, is strictly prohibited. Violators will be immediately banned.

No Exploitation of Minors: Any content that exploits or endangers minors will result in permanent account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

Respect Privacy: Sharing personal information or private content of others without their consent is strictly prohibited.

2. Moderation and Monitoring

We employ real-time algorithmic monitoring powered by GPU technology to ensure compliance with the guidelines. We reserve the right to:

Automatically block and remove content that violates our standards.

Temporarily or permanently ban users involved in any inappropriate behavior or content, as determined at our sole discretion.

3. Face Data Collection and Usage

Face data used for face fusion will be temporarily stored during the session and deleted after the session ends.

Uploaded photos will be securely stored in the secured database for future use unless you choose to delete them from the App.

4. Account Suspension and Termination

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban. We reserve the right to terminate accounts for repeated or severe offenses without prior notice.

5. Amendments

We may update this EULA from time to time. By continuing to use the App, you agree to the revised terms.
