End-User License Agreement (EULA) for Amigo AI

Effective Date: May 4th, 2026

This EULA is a binding agreement between Amigos AI Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") and the end user ("you" or "user"). By installing or using our face swap mobile application Amigo AI ("App"), you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

1. On-Device Processing

The App performs all face swap and image processing entirely on your device. Your photos, videos, and any facial data derived from them are processed locally on your device using on-device machine learning models. We do not upload, transmit, collect, store, or have access to your photos, videos, face data, facial geometry, biometric identifiers, or any content you generate within the App.

The only data we receive from the App is: (a) purchase and subscription information processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, and (b) anonymous, aggregated analytics about App usage (e.g., crash reports, feature usage counts) that does not identify or track individual users. We do not build user profiles, sell data, or share information with advertising networks.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. User Conduct and Content Guidelines

Even though we have no access to the content you create, you agree to use the App responsibly and lawfully. The following are strictly prohibited:

No Abusive Content: Harassment, hate speech, threats, or any behavior intended to harm others.

No Explicit or Non-Consensual Intimate Content: Creating, sharing, or distributing nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit content — including non-consensual intimate imagery ("deepfake pornography") — is strictly prohibited.

No Use on Minors: Use of face swap features on images or videos of individuals under 18 is strictly prohibited under any circumstances. Violations may be reported to law enforcement.

No Impersonation or Fraud: Do not use the App to impersonate any person, commit identity theft, or create misleading content for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.

Respect Privacy and Consent: You must have the consent of every identifiable individual whose face or likeness you use within the App. Sharing the personal information or private likeness of others without their consent is strictly prohibited.

4. Moderation and Monitoring

Because all processing happens on your device, we do not see, monitor, or moderate the content you create. You are solely responsible for the content you generate, share, or distribute. If you choose to share content created with the App on third-party platforms (social media, messaging apps, etc.), the policies of those platforms apply to that content. 5. Reporting and Takedown

If content created using the App and shared elsewhere violates your rights — including non-consensual intimate imagery covered by the federal TAKE IT DOWN Act — please report it to [email protected]. Because we do not host or store user content, removal must generally be requested from the platform where the content is published; we will assist where reasonably possible.

6. License Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete it from your devices. Because we do not store your content, no server-side data deletion is required — uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data associated with it.

7. Amendments

We may update this EULA from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or our website. By continuing to use the App after updates take effect, you agree to the revised terms.
